1. Position: Principal for Junior College


Brief

Our client owns reputed hotel management and degree colleges across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh in India  and is now coming up with a start up junior college with high end facilities for Intermediate level  students, what differentiates the college from the regular junior colleges is its strategic planning and brand positioning thus bringing a overall new look and shift in the educational domain.


We are seeking for a professional with finance or commerce background with expertise in education department at administration level and with a entrepreneurship thought process who can hold the responsibility of college and drive new business strategies.


The role of Principal will be 60% of entrepreneurial and 40 % of over all administration management.


 Experience Level: A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience and a minimum of 5 years playing key role as an educationist 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • The Principal of the College is expected to build, lead and inspire the middle management team and staff among other duties. 
  • The Principal is expected to nurture and develop strong relationships with and among faculty, staff and management.  
  •  The Principal should ensure  that the College is effectively represented and promoted in local, regional and national forums and that information from external sources is disseminated widely throughout the College

2. Position: Front Desk Position (Only for Females) 


 Industry: IT & ITES

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Experience Level: A minimum of 4 years experience  in similar role 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
  • Assist in General Office administration and coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events.
  • Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service. 
  • Responsible for complete stock management.
  • Travel bookings and Hotel Bookings for office and other admin related work

3. Position: Admin and Facility Lead


 Industry: IT & ITES

Qualification: Any Graduate 

Experience Level: A minimum of 6 years experience in similar role 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Overall In charge for Day to Day Admin / Logistics Operations / Maintenance of Facility /Space Management – Seat Occupancy Planning / Employee Transport / Air Travel Requests related activities and deliverables.
  • Preparation of Monthly Management Reports with Accurate Data Analysis, Shipment Tracker & MIS Reports
  • Preparing Site- Strategic Space Planning- Implementation & Seat Allotment for New – On-Board Employee.
  • Preparing Annual Budgeting to Manage Facilities Operations as per organization Needs and Managing Inventory and Procurement of Materials in Desired Time Frame.
  • Management of bills & invoices and  related documentations.
  • Responsible for Receipts of goods ordered/ checking for quality, quantity and prices against Issued PO.
  • New Office Shifting & Movement of Office Infrastructure - Set-up with Adhere Regulations of Government agencies liaison.( STPI /SEZ Central EXCISE CUSTOMS, ESI , PF )
