1) Business Development Manager


Responsibilities & Duties


  • Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with Ultra High Net worth clients
  • Explain the process of migration from offline to online to the customer  while conducting on-site cluster presentations
  • Develop the Customer acquisition plan for the location( Hyderabad/Pune)
  • Accountable for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan 
  • Identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organization
  • Will be responsible for primarily selling all kind of  investment products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits etc which will be added over time by the organization
  • Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
  • Understands client’s risk profile and maximizes the ‘risk vs reward’ balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix.
  • Comply with KYC/SEBI/IRDAI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the financial services industry


Experience : 2-3 years 

Exposure on wealth management products would be an added advantage


2) Sales Executive


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships with the clients and generation of referrals
  • Implement the integrated customer acquisition plan- on boarding clients and enabling transactions( SIP and one-time investments)
  • Will be responsible for primarily selling all kind of  investment products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits etc. which will be added over time by the organization
  • Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the Business Development manager on a daily basis
  • Explain the process of migration from offline to online to the customer and handhold him for complete  customer satisfaction


Qualification:   Any Graduate/MBA


Experience:    One Year ,  exposure to any product sales preferred. 


3) Customer Support Executive


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Setting up KYC for Ist time investors and re-KYC where required
  • CAN forms collection , Coordinate with courier for customer’s documentation
  • Online tracking  for application status
  • Coordinate with Asset Management Companies /Insurance companies for forms, events, brokerage payout statement etc.
  • Track inactive or drop out registered customers and follow-up with Call centre team for action
  • Coordinate with  internal IT team for bug fixing/complaints related to web transactions
  • preparation of  sales & Customer service MIS
  • Setup  customer complaints desk and ensure they are resolved within the  time frames
  • Provide information to Customer regarding the new product launches


Qualification   Any Graduate/MBA 


Experience  : One year 


4) Call center executive


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Inbound calls- handle all queries related to the product beyond the FAQ list provided. Capture the source of enquiry (portal, social media etc)
  • Outbound calls- setup the appointments for meeting the customer by sales executive. 
  • Co-ordinate with BDM & Sales executives for conversion of leads
  • Update the customer prospect database after making each call – CRM module
  • Customer engagement has to be personalized and build the referral chain
  • Daily calling targets to be achieved


Qualification   Any Graduate/MBA

 

Experience  : One year
