As a Software Tester, the candidate has a  major role to play in the quality assurance stage of software development.

Need to out manual tests to ensure the software created meets the requirements.

This involves the analysis of software to prevent issues and fixing bugs before the product is provided to  end users. 


Role of the Manual tester


  • Analyzing the Requirements from the client
  • Participating in preparing Test Plans
  • Preparing Test Scenarios
  • Preparing Test Datas for the test cases
  • Preparing Test Environment to execute the test cases
  • Analyzing the Test Cases prepared by other team members
  • Executing the Test Cases
  • Defect Tracking
  • Giving mandatory information of a defect to developers in order to fix it

2) SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and administer integrated web and desktop applications.
  • Maintain a high level of commitment and focus on customer requirements, presents new products and their usage to appropriate groups, targeting all communications accordingly.
  • Support the introduction of technological, organizational, procedural or application change as it relates to web and desktop applications.
  • Supports special activities and initiatives to service needs and/or enhance procedures, workflow and new products.
  •  Identifies and resolves problems and escalate to management as defined in unit guidelines.


Additional Competency

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business partners and the management team.
  • Knowledge of testing tools for web based application performance testing, load testing is added advantage.
  • Should have experience with testing tools for “Unit Testing”.


Education

BA/BS from an accredited University, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience

  • 3 to 8 years programming experience with Microsoft technologies and web application development using .Net (MVC and C# technologies is essential).
  • Experience with automated unit testing is essential
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio 2012/2015 and above is essential
  • Experience with SQL 2008 database technologies is essential
  • Prefer 1 year experience working in supporting government clients
  • Essential to have the knowledge of .Net Framework and architecture of IIS

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate between multiple cross-functional teams (Design, Backend and Front-end) both internally and with client teams
